JUNIOR CONTEMPORARY & JAZZ 8-10YRS
MONDAY'S 16:30-17:30PM
Our junior Contemporary and Jazz class is the perfect class for those students who "just want to dance". The students will learn fun, energetic combinations as well as the slower lyrical ones you often see in Contemporary dance. Classes will comprise of leaps, turns, floor work and learning routines to popular music tracks.Not only will your child have an hour of fun learning new dance moves but will also improve their, strength, coordination, technique, posture and flexibility all whilst making friends!

ACRO 6-7YRS
THURSDAY'S 17:00-17:45 (6-7YRS) | 17:45-18:30 (8-10YRS) |18:30-19:15 (11+YRS)
PAD NI follows the internationally renowned Acrobatic Arts program. The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program. Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and somersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!

RAD GRADE 1 BALLET 7-8YRS
TUESDAY'S 17:30-18:15 & SATURDAY'S 8:30-9:30
Ballet is beautiful, graceful and technical. At PAD NI we follow The Royal Academy Of Dance syllabus which gives a student the opportunity to take part in an examination if they wish. Although not essential we recommend every beginner dancer to start off with or take ballet as well as another discipline. Ballet forms the essential foundations for a strong dynamic dancer. Many of our students love taking this class as it gives them the opportunity to learn new movements and also to follow a set structured class.

BODY CONDITIONING 8-13YRS
WEDNESDAY'S 17:15-18:00
Our 45 minute body conditioning class for ages 8-13 years focus's on flexibility and strength. This class is designed to give students a solid foundation in functional strength and conditioning which is fabulous for pursuing dance but also builds the core concepts of movement required in any sport and provides the building blocks for for a healthy body in the future. The class is focused on working the students muscles and body, but we know the value this can also have on their mental wellbeing - a healthy body and healthy mind work hand in hand together and it is never too early to learn habits that will help with both. That said the class uses a fun and engaging syllabus that mean all the student needs to do is worry about having fun on getting their perfect split and fabulous back bends (We'll take care of everything else).
We definitely recommend all young students who want to progress in dance to take this class, but we adjust this course to each student who takes part and believe it would be of benefit to any child.
